DIY Tutorial:

Using one relay (or several) without our relay board is of course also possible.

What is required:

Connection cable: 92315-1010 Molex ribbon cable

Relay with 12 volt DC coil voltage: e.g. Omron G5LE-1 DC12

Supply the coil with pin / cable 9 (12 volts) A1 or A +

A2 or A- of the coil is switched to GND by the controller. Depending on the relay, these cables are to be used:

Relay 1: pin / cable 4

Relay 2: pin / cable 10

Relay 3: pin / cable 8

Relay 4: pin / cable 6

The red wire is pin / wire number 1.

The relay extension set consists of a relay board and the connection cable to the Data Display Controller

The connection is very simple.

Open the DataDisplay Controller (loosen / cut the bond):

Remove the board carfeully upwards and insert the connection cable. The plug fit only in one direction, do not forcefully try to push the plug in!

Insert the board back into the housing and close the lid. Fix with a strip of adhesive tape because the locking mechanism has been designed for a one-time close.

The relay extension set has one "Normally Closed" and one "Normally Opened" contact per relay.

This are the connections:

NC = Normally Closed

NO = Normally Opened

COM = Connection between NO or NC
